Offshore Wind Project Clears Final Federal Permitting Hurdle

A long-delayed offshore wind farm cleared its final federal permitting hurdle Wednesday, paving the way for construction to begin later this year, developers announced. The project is expected to supply power to several hundred thousand homes once fully operational.
